Each week you will receive a COMPLETE workout plan that will take you approximately 45 to 60 minutes to perform.
The workouts will progress throughout the 8 weeks and continue to build on the previous week's workout.
Each workout will begin with some dynamic stretching. Then, will move on to cover the following drills and concepts;
-Stationary Ball Handling
-On The Move Dribbling
-Footwork & Ball Toughness
You will end with a series of cool down exercises.
The weekly workout should be done at least 3 days a week, but can be done as many as 6 days a week if you really want to improve your skill level.
Each week will have workout videos with instruction to introduce you to the workout plan for that week. You will also receive a downloadable pdf of the workout so that you can print or view during your workouts and easily keep on track each day you workout.
Every week, the entire workout will be different and will progress in level. Basketball players (both boys and girls) from grades 6 through 12 of any skill level can benefit!
