The videos are available for you to watch at any time that is convenient for you. You can watch them multiple times throughout the week to help reinforce the coaching topics.
Coaching Videos, Part I:
You will start with Coaching Video, Part I which is approximately 40 minutes. Part I will cover the concepts, IQ and skills. The coaches will explain the how, what, when, why and where of the drills. This ensures you know when to use these skills in the game. Then, they will be breaking down film of top collegiate and NBA players so you can learn from the best.
Coaching Videos, Part II:
You will then watch Coaching Video, Part II which is approximately 40 minutes. Part II will cover essential soft skills including mindset, attitude, confidence and more. These sessions are key in developing a complete athlete and are skills that top athletes around the world have implemented to level up their success.
